Rob and Nat met back in June and have been chatting ever since.
Natalie has worked for Travis Perkins for 19 years but has recently changed her job role. She used to be a branch manager, but now looks after the TP groups 20,000 employees and their mental health and well-being.
I think she is doing an amazing job and I am very proud of her!
Life hasn’t always been easy for Natalie, but she is still here to tell her tale, and I for one am so pleased she is!
Thanks again to Natalie for coming on and being so open and honest about her journey with mental health so far.
We had a bit of camera trouble so only had the grainy back up camera, but what Natalie talks about is so good I don’t think it really matters!
