Before you call, please make sure you have your insurance policy number to hand; you can find this on your policy schedule which you can download from your online account.

Through this number, all Tradesman Saver policyholders have 24 hour access to legal advice on numerous helpful topics including tax, employment issues and health and safety issues.

Staff Counselling Helpline 0333 000 2082
This helpline is accessible by you and your staff providing confidential support. The counselling can be used for any aspect of a person’s life and is not restricted to work-related matters.

Business Legal Services
By choosing Tradesman Saver, you also have FREE access to business support via www.araglegal.co.uk

Business Legal Services provides the essential tools and services to prepare vital legal paperwork; for example, your Health & Safety Policy, up to date employment legal procedures or advice on management and recovery of debts

To register, log on to www.araglegal.co.uk click on Essential Business Legal, click on “Not Registered Yet” and then enter the voucher code shown on your Policy Schedule.

Just complete the short registration form and you will be provided with access to the standard service. You can also upgrade from this free facility to the ‘live’ service which allows you to have all downloaded documents reviewed by a solicitor to ensure that they are legally compliant.

You may also contact the Covea Insurance Commercial Care team who will manager all aspects of the claim for you from the time it is reported.
