Tradesman Saver offers customers the option to have policy documents and other materials posted in hard copy. If you opted out of printed documents at signup, you can still request physical copies be mailed at any time.
Whether you’re a public liability insurance client, or you hold another kind of insurance with us, here’s an overview of how to get your Tradesman Saver documents in the post.
Requesting Your Printed Documents
Requested printed documents from Tradesman Saver can be posted directly to the address we have on file. To request physical copies of your policy paperwork or other materials:
- Contact our team by phone or email.
- Specify which documents you need posted.
- Provide the postal address you want them mailed to
- We’ll verify your request and postal address before dispatching.
Please note a small administration fee applies when requesting posted documents. This covers print and postage costs.
You’ll also have the option to get documents posted when going through the renewal process online. Just select the postal option when prompted.
Why Request Printed Documents?
There are a few key reasons you may opt for physical document copies:
Prefer Paperwork
Some customers like having important paperwork on hand in printed format. This provides an additional reference point alongside the digital versions.
Limited Computer Access
If you have limited computer access, physical documents ensure you can review policy details offline.
Evidence for Employees
Printed certificates are ideal for employees named on your Tradesman Saver policy, who may not have sustained internet access while working on-site.
Peace of Mind
Having policy documents in physical form provides added peace of mind for some customers.
Consider Digital Copies
While postal copies are available, downloading and printing documents yourself is more cost effective. You can instantly access digital copies anytime through your online account.
If you’d still like printed documents, don’t hesitate to request them from our team. We’re always happy to post your policy paperwork and other materials.
